What is a Classic Art Play party?

Painting, Painting & More Painting!

Independent painting at low tables. Children can use paint, glue, gems, glitter to create a unique master piece. Plus, collaborative painting where children use a range of paints and tools to decorate extra large canvases. (canvases included in price, additional canvases to keep $100)This one gets messy because kids inevitably want to be in the painting. Not one for wearing your Sunday best!

what is a Potions and painting party?

For those who love a sensory activity!Trays set up with a range of potion options using dry and wet ingredients including some that will fizz, bubble and sparkle!

Classic art play paint tables set up with canvases and easels for children to enjoy painting alongside their potion play!

Theme can be chosen by the child.

what is a children's Guided Painting Canvas and easel party?

(1.5-2 hours)

Teacher led painting activity for kids who love to be creative and want everyone to create the same painting. We love our Canvas and Easel parties as they allow the birthday child to get creative with their idea for their painting and watch it come to life on their canvas. Canvas and Easel parties are set up on low tables with all supplies provided. This party works best when the child chooses a theme or picture they like and I provide examples to choose from.

what is a craft and clayparty?

For those who love crafting!

I provide an abundance of craft materials for kids (or adults!) to create to their heart's content! Whether it is card making, art journaling, vision boarding, collage, clay or just play, you name it we've got it!

Craft and Clay can be tailored to your child's favourite theme or just be party themed. We use materials that allow for open ended play but if there is something in particular that your child would like to do please let us know!

This activity works really well paired with a painting table or giant canvas add on.

what is an adults Guided painting PArty?

Our DIY painting parties are just what you are looking for if you need a little something extra to add to your party. Whether it’s a hen do, baby shower, birthday celebration, or work event, our DIY Kits allow you to get creative in the comfort of your own home.

Guided Painting Kit (QR Code with instructions on how to paint one of 8 gorgeous paintings)

Free Play Painting Kit (you choose what to paint from your own inspiration or ours.)

what is an Under 5s Messy & Sensory Play Party?

(1.5-2 hours)

Do you have a child who loves construction? fairies? mermaids?

Then you're in the right place!

Our themed messy or sensory play parties are perfect for children any age but particularly those little ones with big imaginations!

Choose from messy play, sensory trays, painting, craft and more!

These can be paired with amazing props and sets ups from Yellow Lemon Party Hire to bring your child's theme to life!

Themed parties can be hosted or DIY.

Pure Self-Expression on Canvas

(2-3 hours)

Beginner-friendly and judgement-free, this is pure relaxation with good music, drinks, your favourite snacks, and the chance to tap into a creative side most of us barely use day to day. We start gently, guiding you to get a feel for the canvas. There's no right or wrong, and nobody's doing what the person next to them is doing. Sessions run 2 to 3 hours, since we build up a few layers and need time for them to dry in between.

Come away with an artwork that's a genuine reflection of the process of making it, and an afternoon that felt like time with friends, not a class. Perfect to do at home with drinks and snacks already on hand.

This session uses 70x50cm canvases and acrylic paint. It is perfect for a girl's night in.

How many children can attend a party?

Up to 30.

What does a party cost?

For Up to 10 guests: $325
Up to 15: $445
Up to 30: $925
Each additional child: $30

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel 7–13 days before your party, you'll get a 50% refund of the remaining balance. Cancel within 6 days and it's non-refundable. Life happens, but we do need to plan around your booking.

Can adults book a party with you?

Yes, adults can choose from any of our party options, our most popular are guided Canvas and Easel, Really Big Canvas Painting, Art Journaling and Intuitive Abstract Painting.

What if it rains and we have booked an outdoor party?

Parties can only go ahead in rainy weather if you have an indoor back up. Please have an indoor backup spot sorted before the day. If you're stuck for ideas, just ask and we'll help you plan around it.

What happens if my child doesn't finish their painting?

This is rarely an issue, our sessions are designed so kids get a finished piece in the time given.

Can I host the party myself instead of having you run it?

Yes. Choose one of our DIY art party kits, host it at home, then return the supplies to us when you're done.
