Imagine “fairy picnic” tables set up: soft cushions, boho rugs, and decorated with fairy-style tableware. We can include a grazing board (a delicious selection of snacks) and an optional cupcake station.
Why you'll love it: It takes away the need for you to do any setting up yourself, taking away the stress of food prep in the lead up to your child's party.
2. Fairy-Wing Decorating
In this activity, each child is given a set of fairy wings and a selection of craft supplies to decorate them with. Items might include paint, sparkly pens, ribbons, gems, glitter, feathers, stickers, and pom poms — SO much art play fun to be had! Once they have decorated their wings, they can wear them for the rest of the party. And they look so cute!

Top tip: Best outdoors or in a well-ventilated area so everyone can run and chase bubbles without risk of slippery floors.
6. Fairy House Making
Bring a little woodland secret-garden magic to the party. A crafty activity for children where they decorate their own fairy houses. Using small bases, natural materials such as twigs, moss, small pebbles, flowers, mini ornaments, glue, paint, clay and craft bits, each child creates a “home for the fairies” which they take home as a keepsake. How the Party Flows
Arrival & Set Up: Fairy picnic table set up plus your chosen 3 activities. We need approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for this.
Party Time! 1-1.5 hours of play!
Children can either rotate through the activities or start with one altogether and then move on once they are finished. The party host will organize this with the parents prior to the party starting to suss out what would work best for your group.
Mid-Party Food Break: An option once children have been playing for 40-45 minutes.
Pack Down: Host tidies up, packs away, and leaves your space as they found it.
