Notes from my travels everywhere, finding that art is everywhere.
This time in Queensland this winter holidays.
So many places, so much creativity that I just had to write it down!
Note - these are just my personal highlights, not ads. Just genuinely loved these and appreciated the creativity and the art of them.
Here's my top 10:
The art of donuts. The pure joy of a Kenilworth Bakery box of donuts. The donuts are the work of creative genuises and the box's simple packaging that says inside "donut judge" is just a delight.
The art of coffee at sunrise by the Mooloolaba surf club
The art of a second-hand bookshop that has a book for everyone in the family ranging from 4 to 44. What a treat for everyone to walk away with something for their creative brain.
The art of camping. Creating a world that is so perfect for kids and adults to immediately feel at home and so far from home, at the same time. Bestbrook Farmstay.
The art of Bluey's World.
The art of decorating. Riva cafe in Hamilton.
The art of BBQ. Jango Korean BBQ in Mooloolaba.
The art of play. Playground on Mooloolaba foreshore.
The art of community. Boonah's Community Garden
The art of gelato. Happy Pops Noosa.
What are your top 10?
