Art Classes for All Ages
Bundabubs offers art classes tailored to every age group. Young children and teens have unique needs, all addressed. Classes are age-appropriate for their skills and creativity.
Toddlers love the emphasis on sensory exploration - we have smaller classes for the little ones.
Kindy kids enjoy storytelling and art so we bring this through in the way we set up out sessions. With this age we want to promote imaginative thinking and creative expression.
Kids aged 5 to 10 enjoy trying out different skills they learned in school. They really like painting, drawing, and using mixed media for their projects.
We love a good collage where the kids get to play with all sort of art materials in one go! For this age group we are building their confidence and skills.
Teens love play too, they've often just forgotten what it's like to have no expectations on them. We love to create a safe place for them to paint, draw and express themselves freely on the page.
Our popular sessions focus on exploring art journaling, engaging in large collaborative canvas painting, and decorating various items like tote bags and mugs!
At Bundabubs Gabbie is your experienced educator here to guide your children to get the most out of their session. Lessons are suitable for all age groups unless a specific age group is a better fit. This ensures everyone benefits and thrives creatively.
Art Classes for Toddlers and Kindy Kids
Art classes for toddlers are for those vibrant little ones who love to get hands on and engage in the true essence of art and play. Hands on activities provide toddlers with the outlet they need. Through sensory play, they can explore the materials easily and learn a few basic art concepts along the way.
Kindy kids find joy in storytelling and painting. And we do love a good story! With so many incredible illustrators out there we have the pick of the bunch when it comes to stories and pictures to share. Our Art Play Club for Littlies sessions integrate stories with art creation. This approach fosters imaginative expression.
Classes typically focus on:
Sensory exploration activities
Basic drawing and painting skills
Imaginative storytelling integration
These early experiences spark curiosity. They lay the foundation for a love of art. Children learn to express themselves creatively.

Creative Approaches: Process Art and Themed Lessons
Bundabubs started by me exploring with my kids a diverse range of creative methods. The thing I found when I did extensive research, branching out to more kids was that they all had one thing in common. They didn't want to be told what to do when it came to art. They want to figure it out for themselves. Because they already have all of their ideas in their imagination itching to jump onto the page. So why stop them? I am not here to stifle anyone's creative process. Which is why I chose process art to be the foundation of my classes. With the emphasis on the journey, not the final product, we all get the chance to be carried away in imagination and fun rather than stuck feeling anxious that we might do it wrong or we can't follow instructions.
Themed lessons are exciting and wonderful. They help children connect art with real-world concepts where they get their inspiration. By approaching art in this way, it makes it engaging and meaningful. Children enjoy learning without the pressure of perfection.

Art Classes for 5 to 10 Year Olds
Art classes for kids aged 5 to 10 give them the chance to use art supplies they might not have at home or school.
Generally in the classroom they have very specific projects that they work on ad then might not come back to those materials again for ages. We believe that by giving children access to art materials in a play based way, they can enhance their skill development and enjoy art for the what it is - a chance to be creative in an otherwise serious world! Sessions cover drawing, painting, and mixed media. Kids explore different techniques and broaden their horizons every week.

Art Classes for Teens
Teenagers find art classes a great outlet for expression. These classes encourage advanced techniques. Teens learn skills like digital art and portfolio building.
Classes often cover a range of topics. These include modern art trends and historical styles. Students explore different mediums to find their own style.
Classes may feature:
Instruction in advanced techniques
Opportunities to build a professional portfolio
Exploration of various modern and classic art styles
These classes help teens in expressing ideas. They provide insights into careers in the art field. Teens gain practical skills useful for future endeavors.
Tips for Parents: Making the Most of Art Classes
