Cancellation policy

Booking T&Cs By completeing this form you are requesting a date, location and time for your party. Bundabubs will confirm the date, location and time with you in a reply email with details on how to pay a deposit to hold your booking. Only once the deposit is paid for is the booking confirmed. If you do not reply to Bundabubs email confirming your date, time and location and pay the deposit amount, the booking will not be confirmed. Once deposit is paid for in full it becomes non-refundable. If you cannot go ahead with the party, we will return your deposit to you. You will be able to choose an alternative date however if Bundabubs is not available you will forfeit your deposit or a portion of it. Please see time frames for notification of cancelation on our website. While we will always try to go ahead "whatever the weather" sometimes this is not possible. Please understand that while we hate to cancel, this may be unavoidable. In the instance where we have rain scheduled for your party and your party is due to be outside, we will ask you to find a suitable undercover solution. Should you be unable to provide this, the party will not go ahead. Data collected from completed booking forms, waivers and emails will be used for future mailing lists. Option to unsubscribe from such emails is in the initial booking email.
